How Do I Place An Order?

To order fabric simply select the length required from the drop down box, then click the 'Add to Cart' button. The price will then be calculated according to the length you require.

All fabric is priced by the metre so a quantity of 1 equals 1 metre (100cm).

The minimum cut is .25 we will cut it as a fat quarter cut by default (50cm x 55cm) or if you wish a 25cm strip by the width of fabric cut, please type in the comments section 'WOF cut' on your order at the checkout. All other quantities will be cut in one continuous piece.

The width of fabric ranges from 110cm to 250cm in width. Each individual product will state the width.

Can we visit your shop?

Whilst we would love to meet our customers we currently do not operate a bricks and mortar shop where we could receive walk in visitors.

Postage Pricing

Shipping is available Australia Wide and Internationally via Australia Post

Pricing is in Australian dollars and the currency conversion for international orders is calculated once you proceed to PayPal. You can review the conversion before you have to confirm the order.

Please note that the rates below do not include any insurance. In the case of a lost or damaged letter or parcel by Australia Post we cannot be held responsible.

Signature on Delivery can be purchased for $2.95 at the checkout. By NOT choosing a trackable postage option or Signature on Delivery we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the package or its contents incurred during postage.
It is very rare for a parcel to be lost or damaged but we include this option for your peace of mind.

All orders are packed in plastic satchels. We keep the postage costs as low as possible by only charging postage costs set by Australia Post.

Australia wide postage rates as a guide

Please note: canvas and denim fabrics are wider and heavier and may result in a slightly higher rate than the above. The correct postage cost will display at the checkout.
For all other items the postage is determined by the weight of each product.
Simply add products to your cart and the system will calculate a postage cost before you need to process payment.

Postage Time frames

Australia Wide
Regular post allow 2 to 7 days
Express postage is only guaranteed overnight by Australia Post within their express post network (check HERE to calculate the delivery time frame. Our postcode is 2480.)

Sydney - Overnight
QLD - 1 to 2 days
VIC - 2 to 3 days
SA - 3 to 4 days
WA - 3 to 5 days

Please note: Letter rates do not have any tracking available and can be up to 4 days slower than Parcel Post.

International - Yes we ship internationally, just add products to your cart and select your country. The cart will calculate the postage to your country.
It is advised that a trackable postage option is selected as international post can vary in delivery time frames depending on country.
Letter rate postage cannot be tracked and is at your own risk. Letter rate post can take from 4 weeks to 8 weeks to arrive.

The discount is calculated once the relevant coupon code is entered at checkout and the minimums are reached. Does not include items already on sale or quantity discounts.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Payment is accepted by Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard), PayPal, Bank Deposit, Australian Money Order and cash on pick up.

For Bank Deposit, the details will be shown on your checkout screen if you select that payment method.


A 4 week Layby is available on purchases over $50.
A 8 week Layby is available on purchases over $100.
The layby is to be paid off in equal instalments over the term selected.
An invoice will be emailed from QuickBooks for the total of your layby. You can specify the amount that you wish to pay for each instalment. Payments can be paid by PayPal VISA or Mastercard
After each payment your balance will be updated. You use the same link each time you wish to make a repayment, we will email you a copy each week.
Once final payment has been made your order will be mailed. 
Your order will be cut and placed aside once your order is received, this is to ensure the availability of the stock and therefore there cannot be any cancellations or refunds.
Please do not select the Layby feature if you cannot commit to the payment plan.
If you wish to pay your layby our early just send us an email and we can send you an invoice for the balance.


We offer fabrics for pre-order that are due to arrive at a later date.
These fabrics are available in our Pre-Order category.
Only pre-order fabrics are to included on the single order, if any of our in stock fabrics are included on the same order, these will be held until the pre-order fabrics arrive and dispatched all together.
You may pay for your pre-order items in full or pay a 20% deposit with the balance payable once the fabrics have arrived. To do this please select the Pre-Order payment option at the checkout and we will email you a PayPal invoice for the 20%.

Returns & Refunds

We are happy to exchange or refund if you are not happy with your purchase. Purchaser must pay for return postage.
However if an item is faulty, the return postage will be refunded.
Please contact us to discuss before any items are returned.
