To order fabric simply select the length required from the drop down box, then click the 'Add to Cart' button. The price will then be calculated according to the length you require.
All fabric is priced by the metre so a quantity of 1 equals 1 metre (100cm).
The minimum cut is .25 we will cut it as a fat quarter cut by default (50cm x 55cm) or if you prefer a 25cm strip by the width of fabric cut, please type in the comments section 'WOF cut' on your order at the checkout. All other quantities will be cut in one continuous piece.
The width of fabric ranges from 110cm to 275cm in width. Each individual product will state the width.

The Signature on Delivery service can be purchased for $2.95 at the checkout.
By NOT choosing a trackable postage option or Signature on Delivery we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the package or its contents incurred during postage.
It is very rare for a parcel to be lost or damaged but we include this option for your peace of mind.
We strive to keep the delivery costs as low as possible by only charging the postage costs as set by Australia Post.

Please note: Postage is calculated by weight therefore as Linen and Wideback fabrics are wider and heavier and will result in a slightly higher rate than the above. The correct postage cost will display at the checkout based on the weight of your order.
For all other items the postage is determined by the weight of each product.
Simply add products to your cart and the system will calculate the postage cost before you need to process payment.

The guaranteed overnight service by Australia Post is applicable only if you are located within their express post network (check HERE to calculate the delivery time frame. Our postcode is 2480.)
International - Yes we ship internationally, just add products to your cart and select your country. The cart will calculate the postage to your country.

Payment is accepted by Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard), PayPal or Bank Deposit
For Bank Deposit, the details will be shown on your order confirmation screen and sent in your order confirmation email if you select that payment method.
Lay-by
An 8 week Layby is available on purchases over $50.
An invoice will be emailed from our Quickbooks system for the total of your layby. You can specify the amount that you wish to pay for each instalment. Payments can be paid by PayPal VISA or Mastercard
After each payment your balance will be updated. You use the same link each time you wish to make a repayment, we will email you an updated balance every Thursday.
Once final payment has been made your order will be dispatched.
Your order will be cut and placed aside once your order is received, this is to ensure the availability of the stock and therefore there cannot be any cancellations or refunds.
Please do not select the Layby feature if you cannot commit to the payment plan.
If you wish to pay your layby before the 8 week term simply process payment for the balance and we will dispatch your order.

Pre-Orders
We offer fabrics for pre-order that are due to arrive at a later date.
These fabrics are available in our Pre-Order category.
Only pre-order fabrics are to included on the single order, if any of our in stock fabrics are included on the same order, these will be held until the pre-order fabrics arrive and dispatched all together.
You may pay for your pre-order items in full via the regular payment options or pay a 20% deposit with the balance payable once the fabrics have arrived. To do this please select the Pre-Order payment option at the checkout and we will email you a Quickbooks invoice detailing the 20% deposit and the balance is due when the fabrics have arrived. We will notify you once the fabrics have arrived.
A $10 fee per order applies to all change of mind cancellations.
Returns & Refunds
We are happy to exchange or refund if you are not happy with your purchase. Purchaser must pay for return postage.
However if an item is faulty, the return postage will be refunded.
