The After the Rain quilt pattern is one of four quilt patterns which make up the official designer quilt collection for Wild, Ch. 3 of Anna Maria's Conservatory and showcases the fabric collection of the same name by Bookhou.
Like reflections after the rain, the shapes in this quilt shimmer, merge, and mirror each other in a raucous rainbow of fabrics.
The design also serves as a sampler of techniques, incorporating appliqué, foundation piecing, and standard straight seam piecing.
