Complete with the clean look of a flat waistband that is
fully adjustable, the Tulip Skirt can also be paired with tank tops,
t-shirts, or cardigans and leggings, and will see any growing girl
through a couple of seasons.
Options include hidden pockets and adjustable button
closure (sewer could also use waistband fastenings such as adjustable
sliders, D-rings or velcro – instructions not included).
The pattern
also includes a high-waisted or hip-sit style, and comes in sizes 0-14.
It is suitable for light to medium weight woven fabric and suits the
sewing skills of an adventurous beginner.
